CFP PRINTS

Welcome to CFP Prints – an exclusive fine art photography gallery where the spirit of Southern & East Africa are captured through the lens of authenticity, craftsmanship, and reverence for nature. Founded on 2 November 2021, this boutique online gallery was created as a dedicated space for the personal work of South African photographer Craig Fouché—whose deep-rooted Christian faith and artistic integrity infuse every image with meaning and purpose.

Based in Worcester, in the heart of the Cape Winelands, Craig is surrounded by the soaring mountains, vineyards, and wild landscapes that continually inspire his work. Here, nature’s grandeur meets the soul’s stillness, and that harmony is reflected in his quiet, contemplative approach to both film and digital photography.

Craig works across multiple film formats—from 35mm and medium format to large format 8×10 inch negatives. He predominantly uses Kodak for colour photography and Kodak, Ilford, Adox, and Rollei for black and white. Each roll and sheet film are hand-developed by Craig himself, a process that preserves the organic nuances of light, texture, and time. There is no use of AI or artificial enhancement—every image is a single, honest frame. The negative becomes a certificate of authenticity, a tactile record of the moment captured.

Digital photography is treated with equal discipline. RAW files are carefully processed without digital manipulation. What you see is real—born from patience, timing, and trust in the natural world.

CFP Prints offers museum-quality, limited and open edition fine art prints—ideal for galleries, luxury interiors, and private collections. The work ranges in size from intimate formats to striking wallpaper-scale prints, and Craig’s images currently grace boardrooms, hotels, and homes in South Africa, Dubai, Israel, Ireland, Iraq, and New Zealand.

Each photograph tells a story of place, presence, and the sacred beauty found in untouched moments. This is African landscape photography redefined—not as documentation, but as visual poetry for the discerning collector.

Whether you’re a seasoned art connoisseur or someone seeking a soul-stirring connection to Africa’s landscapes, CFP Prints invites you to experience the depth, dignity, and awe of true photographic artistry—crafted by hand, shaped by light, and made to endure.

Ghostly Movements

Ghostly Movements – Augrabies Falls, South Africa

A haunting tribute to stillness, time, and raw natural power, Ghostly Movements captures the timeless essence of Augrabies Falls through the ancient craft of pinhole photography. Shot on a 5×7 inch large-format pinhole camera with a 6-minute exposure on Adox CHS 100 II film, this image transforms roaring chaos into silken motion—where water becomes mist and time leaves a whisper.

Developed using Ilford ID-11 (1+3), and exposed through a Red 25 filter, the result is a delicate interplay of light and shadow. This is analogue purity: no digital, no AI—just light, film, and reverence.

“Ghostly Movements” is part of the Pinhole Collection and available as a signed and embossed Limited Edition print, limited to 25 editions worldwide. Crafted for collectors who value rarity, patience, and the quiet alchemy of old-world technique.

Let it haunt you, gently.
