About v1

CFP Prints is the expression and works of Craig Fouché Photography viewed through the lenses of his various film cameras from medium format to the 1920s styled large format cameras, digital as well as pinhole cameras and serves as a platform for private clients, businesses, lodges and interior decorators to order prints or wallpapers.

The focus lies not only in establishing an appreciation for photographic art converted into a digital format but also for its collection and investment value, which is guaranteed by a limitation of the editions as well as by the certificate of authenticity.

CFP Prints Gallery’s mission also includes making digital art accessible and creating a new experience of collecting art, especially for younger generations – so that, besides feeling joy and satisfaction for owning a contemporary artwork, they will also be delighted to know that a percentage of their purchase has supported a specific organisation such as the Cape Leopard Trust in South Africa, particularly the Boland Project.

The galleries are grouped into themes of complementary images to help you style and theme a room or wall space.

The Photographer

Photography is one of Craig’s main passions in life, and he is delighted to have begun with a good foundation in the era of film photography in 1998.

Proverbs 18:16
‘A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men.’

This photographer is a true master of his craft, with a particular passion for capturing the beauty of landscapes. But his skills don’t stop there – he is also versatile and talented in other genres of photography.

His work has earned him recognition and admiration, with several South African newspapers, and magazines featuring his stunning imagery on their covers. He has also been a top ten finalist in the Getaway Magazine Gallery Competition. Even local news broadcaster eNCA has taken notice, using some of his video footage in their programming. When it comes to capturing the essence of a scene, this photographer is a true artist.

Logo Meaning

The number four derives its Biblical meaning from creation. On the fourth day of what is called ‘creation week’ God completed the material universe. On this day He brought into existence our sun, the moon, and all the stars (Genesis 1:14 – 19). Their purpose was not only to give off light but also to divide the day from the night on Earth, thus becoming a basic demarcation of time. They were also made to be a type of signal that would mark off the days, years and seasons of which there are four.

This perfect number symbolizes many powerful and transformative qualities, including strength, resilience, a symbol of stability, and grounding.

Symbolically, the number four represents self-expression, self-fulfillment, maturity, and mental stability. The four mountains in the logo landscapes reflect this symbolism. Additionally, the iris is a well-known symbol for photography and by merging the two, expresses what Craig does, where he comes from and what he stands for.
